I've moved throughout the Village and the surrounding Big Park area. A Sedona mailing address can still mean a home south of the city in an entirely different neighborhood. The Village has established golf homes, townhomes, private estates and more tucked-away properties. We know the difference, and we plan the move around the space you actually have.
HIGHLAND ESTATES AND LITTLE PARK
Highland Estates sits at the base of Seven Warriors, south of Cathedral Rock, in the area locally known as Little Park. For a move here, I will assess the approach and the home’s layout before we send the crew. We assess the entry, driveway, art and larger pieces so the move respects the setting and the move feels as magical as the sunsets you enjoy in your new home.
CATHEDRAL ROCK RANCH
Cathedral Rock Ranch is a private gated community near the Village, surrounded by national forest and close to Oak Creek. The association provides a community map and information for new owners. We use the actual entrance and property instructions to plan the arrival, not just a Sedona pin on a map. Tell us about the guest rooms, outdoor furniture and the oversized piece that needs careful placement. A private retreat deserves an organized arrival.

SEDONA GOLF RESORT AND THE RIDGE AREA
The Sedona Golf Resort neighborhood and The Ridge area are part of the Village’s golf setting near Ridge Trail Drive. A resort name, the golf course and the residential association are not the same contact. We confirm which home or development you mean, then coordinate access with the right person. If you are furnishing a second home, we can discuss receiving the move, bringing furniture from storage and placing the pieces according to your plan.
CANYON MESA COUNTRY CLUB AND TOWNHOMES
Canyon Mesa combines townhome living with a nine-hole golf setting, racquet courts and other shared amenities off Jacks Canyon Road. We plan for the residence and its loading access rather than assuming the clubhouse address gets the truck to the right door. Tell us about stairs, entry turns and how far the furniture has to travel from the loading spot. We can pack the fragile pieces ahead of time and handle the complete move or the delivery you need.
FIRECLIFF — VILLAS AND CUSTOM HOMES
Firecliff includes both villa-style homes and custom-home areas, with different sections rather than one uniform property type. The approach is from Jacks Canyon Road via Suncliffe Drive. I want to know which residence we are moving, whether access is controlled and what the door-to-truck route looks like. The plan for a villa should fit the villa; the plan for an estate should include the estate’s full inventory and carrying distances.

LA BARRANCA I AND LA BARRANCA II
La Barranca I and II are separate associations in the Jacks Canyon area. Their own documents make clear that one association’s practices do not automatically apply to the other. That is exactly how we approach a move: identify the actual home and get the right instructions. We look at the driveway, gates where applicable, custom furniture and protective handling. Give us the current owner or association guidance and we will build it into the plan.
LAS PIEDRAS — CUSTOM HOMES AND TOWNHOMES
Las Piedras includes custom homes and townhomes. That mix matters when you hire movers: a townhome entry and a larger custom property can call for very different crews and sequences. We ask about the number of levels, garage access and the pieces that need to come apart. If you are moving just the items you love into a smaller home, we can coordinate selected packing, furniture placement and a storage stop instead of treating everything as one undifferentiated load.
PINE VALLEY AND JACKS CANYON
Pine Valley is a distinct residential pocket surrounded by national forest beyond the central Village neighborhoods. Its community history describes the Jacks Canyon approach and its own development story. We plan the full drive to the house, not just the turn off 179. Pinon Woods is another reason to ask for the exact neighborhood. There are separate associations and phases, including Pinon Woods III’s own public site. We serve the homes throughout this area and review the current instructions that belong to your property. We want to understand the driveway and carrying route, protect the floors and leave the furniture where you need it. The move is not finished just because the truck is empty. It is finished when you feel home.
BELL ROCK VISTA, FAIRWAY OAKS AND THE VOCA NEIGHBORHOODS
The Village of Oakcreek Association covers multiple subdivisions around the Village and Oakcreek Country Club. Bell Rock Vista, Fairway Oaks, Oak Shadows, Red Rock Cove, Ridgeview and Ridgeview Heights are among the established residential names here. We also serve Cathedral View, Pine Creek, Nizhoni and Village Park. The practical questions are about your house: entrance width, steps, garage contents and where loading can happen.
